Standing Committee

Highest Policy making body consisting of all member nations in Asia.

Congress meets every 2 years – usually coinciding with ACC Canoe Sprint Championship.

Every member nation shall send 2 representatives to this congress. However, each country carries only one vote during any voting process.

Highest implementation body to execute decisions made by the Congress and Board.

Executive Board meets every 6 months.

The members of this board are elected by the Congress and they hold office for a period of 4 years.

Highest administrative body to plan, execute and evaluate implementation strategies formulated by the congress.

Board meets every year.

The members of this board are elected by the congress and they hold office for a period of 4 years.

Elected / nominated head of committees responsible for the development of respective portfolios in line with the policy directive.

Each committee shall be headed by a chairman and 4 other members selected by the chairman.

This committee shall meet at own time intervals to develop strategies and provide feedback to top leadership for development of respective areas.
